MEMBERSHIP LIMITS
Club membership is limited to 500 members comprised primarily of residents of the 22124 (Oakton) Zip Code. The Board of Directors may limit membership to fewer than 500 if it is determined to be beneficial to Club operations.
MEMBERSHIP ANNUAL DUES
Annual dues pay for the operation of the Club. Currently, the 2025 annual dues are $830; the summer rental fee is $1,150. Waitlist members will be offered a rental by the OSRC Business Manager. August Only/Pool Only Rentals are available for $300 for those families on our waiting list.

MEMBERSHIP COSTS
In 2024 the board voted to raise the Membership Bond to $4,500, which is an investment in the Club. A membership may be sold with one’s house or the membership can be sold back to the Club for the current value of a membership.
MEMBERSHIP WAIT LIST
The wait list for the club is now open. There is a non-refundable fee of $250 to be placed on the waitlist. Please complete the form linked below to begin the application process. The average wait time for a rental membership is 3-4 years and the average wait time for full membership is 7-8 years.
RENTAL MEMBERSHIP
The Club offers a number of full year rental memberships in order of placement on the wait list. These offers are sent in the beginning of February.
AUGUST ONLY RENTAL MEMBERSHIP
August Only/Pool Only memberships for the month of August are also made available to a limited number of families on the waiting list. The current August fee is $300. Wait list families will be invited to sign up for an August membership in May.
