Ken Hansen – Head Coach. 

Ken’s been with the Otters for fifteen summers, also coaching our Winter Dive program for over a decade, and previously coached at Oakton and Madison High Schools. Ken was the top diver at Oakton High School in his senior year, and was the only diver to qualify for States that year.

Cheryl Meltz-Kroopnick – Clinic and Developmental Head Coach. 

Cheryl helped launch our team in 2005 and has been coaching the Otters since. Cheryl is also the Head Coach of Oakton High School’s Varsity Dive Team and has coached at the Junior Olympic level with York Dive Club and Dominion Dive Club.

Jon Anthony Montel (JAM) – Assistant Head Coach. 

JAM has been an Otter since he was 6 years old. He’s been part of the coaching team for 4 years, stepping into the Assistant Head Coach last summer.

Isabelle Whang – Senior Assistant Coach. 

Isabelle is celebrating her nineth summer as an Otter. She has received All-district and All-Region team awards both her freshman and sophomore season, and she won the NVSL All-Star championship in 2024.
