Club Adopts Amendment to its By-Laws

Annual Meeting on October 22, 2026, the membership adopted an amendment to its bylaws to add to the board the position of immediate past president. This position is part of the Board’s succession planning effort and provides for the Board to access the experience and institutional knowledge of the immediate past president to augment continuity and mentorship, while explicitly keeping it as a non-voting, advisory role to avoid any governance deadlocks.
