A few pointers to make registration simple and easy:

1) Volunteer Jobs:

Every family must select five (5) volunteer jobs. Your volunteer time will help make the summer swim season a success. In order to complete registration, jobs must be selected. *PLEASE NOTE: The Otters have one remaining ‘season long’ volunteer job that needs to be filled which is Friday Dinner Coordinator. It is considered ‘season long’ and will fulfill all five required jobs. Thanks in advance for the support and time.


If your family is new to the Oakton Otters this year, you will need to complete the registration form using the link below. There is no need to log in since you will not have an account. Once you have completed registration, an account will be created for you based on the email address you populated in the first screen. You can use this account during the season to mark swimmer availability, find out the latest Otter news, etc…

Upon completing the online registration, you will receive the following emails:

1. Registration confirmation from the Oakton Otters via SwimTopia.

2. If paying via credit card, you will receive a receipt from SwimTopia via WePay. If paying by check, you will be provided a confirmation with instructions on how to remit payment.

Swim Team Registration Payment:

You may choose to pay via credit card or by check. If you choose to pay by check, payment must be received by the first swim practice which is scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th. Within the memo line, please put swimmer(s) name and 'swim team' for appropriate processing. Mailing address is:
