Send completed applications to the Club (address on application form) by February 25, 2011.  You will be notified for an interview.  While we prefer to hire from within our membership, this may not always be possible based on experience and credentials.

In addition, we are now accepting applications for Practice Assistant and Assistant Coach positions.  We encourage any interested senior age-group(15-18) swimmers to apply.

Those interested in a Practice Assistant/Assistant Coach position please submit a resume and responses to the following questions:

1) Why would you like to be a Practice Assistant or Assistant Coach?
2) What skills and qualities do you posses that you feel would make you a good Practice Assistant or Assistant Coach?
3) If you could change 3 things about any aspect of the Oakton Otters what would they be and how would you help to change them?
4) Will you be available from May 31st through Aug 6th? If not, what dates (or approximate dates) will you be on family vacations/camps/etc.?
