Clay court grooming tip.
Clay courts are very sensitive organisms, easily damaged if the base surface is gouged. We ask that you please repair any deep ball or shoe marks that dig into the court surface. Thanks!

Restringing Service Provided by Alpine Ski Shop.
The service for 2019 has ended for the season.
We look forward to offering it again in 2020.

Blue Chip Tennis Returns for the 2020 Season
We are pleased to announce that Blue Chip Tennis will continue to provide tennis instruction
and programming for the 2020 seasons.

Donate Your Old Tennis Racquets to OSRC
Help our “Loaner” Program. Do you have old racquets that the kids have outgrown? Others you have replaced with newer ones? We want to have a supply of “Loaner” racquets and balls available for people to check out so they can try their hand at tennis during breaks from swimming. We hope this will stimulate more interest among our junior members to explore more formal participation in our great tennis program. Just drop them at the pool reception desk or the tennis shack (See Pro hours below). All sizes welcome.

REMINDER: Court 3 is lined for both tennis and Pickleball.
Pickleball is an increasingly popular sport. Spread the word. For more info see:
What is Pickleball?

During the season
the sprinkler system is set to go on at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily for 45 minutes (unless rain is likely) to get the courts ready for afternoon and evening play. Please make note unless you want a shower while playing up there.

REMINDER:  The Club guest fee of $3 applies to tennis guests beginning with the 2018 Season on Memorial Day through Labor Day.  The fee will be paid at the pool reception desk during operating hours.  Click the link below for the full announcement and Q&A. Tennis Guest Fee Announcement-FINAL.pdf

Need help reserving a court online?
Here are some step-by-step instructions.  Players with reservations have priority for access when a court is in use.

It's very important that the clay courts be properly groomed after play. This not only assures that the court is ready for the next players, it helps properly distribute the Har-Tru coating, avoiding loss of material to the playing surface. Here is the recommended dragging pattern. Please follow it when grooming the clay courts after you play. Be Sure to fill any deep gouges in the playing surface.

Read the Club Tennis Rules
A copy is on file in the tennis shack. Please familiarize yourself with these rules. OSRC Tennis Rules
